ABOUT
SERIES: Zahid is from a manga called 'The Bugle Call: Song of War'. It's a fairly obscure manga set in the 1200s about a group of superpowered individuals (who all have branches growing from their heads) engaging in medieval and superpowered warfare (Basically, X-men in the middle ages, fighting in castle sieges).
AGE: Early 20s, probably 21/22.
APPEARANCE: A young man of average height (probably 175cm) and slim build who looks to be of Arab ethnicity. He has black hair, grey eyes, an asymmetrical haircut, and dark eye circles (from partying too hard at night, probably). A small branch is growing on the right side of his head and it crackles slightly when his powers are activated.
PERSONALITY: Zahid has a very laid-back and hedonistic outlook on life. He chases any pleasure he can find (drinking, gambling, partying, sleeping around) and tries to skirt responsibility when he can. Not much of a combatant, he is often nervous, pessimistic and at times cowardly when put in dangerous situations. Self-preservation is very high on his list of priorities. Despite his many flaws, he's a kind person at his core, looking out for the emotional and physical well-being of the people around him and also displaying both bravery and self-sacrificing altruism when it counts. He does not have a high opinion of himself, believing that his power's self-serving nature is a reflection of his own personality (a 'selfish bastard', he calls himself). Zahid is actually much kinder than he thinks he is, but that's for him to work out.
ABILITIES: Zahid's branch twists the probabilities around him in his favour. In other words, it makes him lucky. When he throws a dice, it's more likely to land him a winning number. If someone hacks a sword at him, the sword might break and leave him unscathed. He has no control over this power and it happens automatically. He isn't able to choose what his luck gives him or when it activates (at times not activating at all and leaving him in danger). For most of the series, his ability served only him, at times putting allies at a disadvantage when his bad luck gets transferred to them. The luck also runs out if used too much.

IN CHARACTER
PHYSICAL AFFECTION: This is very much welcomed. Zahid is a sociable and affectionate person.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: His luck might affect the outcome of the thread so we could discuss things. I'm always keen of course (even if he isn't).
RELATIONSHIPS: Zahid lives a hedonistic lifestyle of sleeping around and going to brothels. Casual sexual relationships are very much on the table (16+ only). He is capable of romantic love but this would need to come after a long period of friendship and companionship. Kink list here. He is pansexual and sleeps with women in canon. My preference for smut is M/M but I'm happy to write M/F up to the lead up to the deed. Crosscanon very loved. For canonmates, I ship him with Oscar most, and happy to write shippy stuff with Miura as well.
